We have finetuned every aspect of the building process to provide a one-on-one personalised service, as well as accurate pricing and transparency throughout the entire development, so you can be secure in the knowledge that every minor detail is professionally executed.
We will visit your land site to confirm the block’s aspects and how to best take advantage of the flow of the land in the most sustainable and effective way. On site, we discuss your design requirements, any creative ideas and confirm your budget. By confirming these elements, we are able to design your bespoke home exactly the way you imagined it will look and function. We go through the build process to help you comprehend the progression of the design and build methods.
The design team are here to realise your goals and therefore, take an exacting approach to understanding the nuances of your design needs, so the information gathered at the site meeting is shared with them to help them clearly imagine your vison. They will then meet with you to confirm the process.
At this stage, a primary agreement is signed and fees (fee amount will depend on the size and complexity of the home design) are paid to execute the process of initial drawings and assessments, such as soil tests, wind classification, contour survey and council searches. This information is used to conceptualise a preliminary proposal, which will give you an indication of inclusions and build costs.
Once we have reviewed the Preliminary Proposal, you can make changes to the design then confirm the plans, so we can begin the construction drawings, which incur another fee. We now source the appropriate engineers to finalise the structural designs and any consultants we require to cost and build your beautiful home.
You will view the working drawings, along with finalised site costs and other aspects of the budget. To ensure our clients are always making informed decisions during the build, we reveal all documentation and include you on all aspects of the data collected. At this stage, you must flag anything standing out that could compromise your satisfaction with the build completion and make sure you are completely satisfied with the design; then we can formulate the final inclusions.

Looking at the finalised drawings and plans is a very exciting stage of the build process as it shapes your dreams into more of an imagined reality. There is some necessary documentation at this stage to complete before paying your deposit, so we can be on schedule for the first day of construction.

We offer all our valued clients regular site visits so you can see your vision taking shape. Once construction is complete, we take you through a final walk-through to address any questions you may have about your new custom luxury home.
Following the completion of final payments, we will meet you at your new address to hand over the keys to your stunning new home. Our technicians take you through every element of your property that requires familiarisation to live comfortably and with ease in your new dwelling, which includes high-tech appliances, air conditioning, lighting, intercoms, entertainment units and advanced technology.
